Frequently Asked Questions

Q. Are you insured?
A: Yes. Freedom Dogs is insured with specialist animal trade insurers. The insurance can be viewed when we meet and this insurance covers public liability; day care, custody, control and transportation of your dog and boarding

Q: Are you licensed?
A: Yes. Freedom Dogs is licenced with Brighton and Hove City Council. I am also fully CRB checked.

Q: Will my dog be with friendly dogs?
A: Yes.  At Freedom Dogs, all new dogs are personally vetted by Luke to ensure they are not aggressive and will mix well with the current group.  We are really strict about accepting dogs that are social and enjoy the activities that we offer.  It is most important to us that when you hand us over your pet you will have peace of mind that the dog will be safe and have fun all day.

Q: Will my dog be safe from picking up dog infections?
A: At Freedom Dogs we only accept fully vaccinated, healthy animals. We would never put your dog in contact with an unvaccinated dog.

Q:  How do I pay?
A:  For all services we ask for upfront payment in advance so if we are walking your dog for the day we would like to be paid in advance of pick up. Payment can be done by cash, bank transfer or PayPal.

Q:What if I need to cancel?
A:  We understand that things come up but we would as for as much notice as possible. Ideally if you are going to cancel day care for the coming week, please cancel by the Wednesday before. That way we can offer the space to another dog.  We only have limited numbers on our walks so it makes spaces a premium.  For day walks we ask for 48 hours notice.
